I thought I would share an update on what i’ve been up to recently. It’s been nearly 4 months since I started working and it has been really fun.

I’m also working on other projects which are slowly coming along (my new computer should be coming soon so that should speed things up).

Aside from doing art, it’s been a blast catching up with friends and chatting over dinner. I went to see Donato’s paintings at the Last Rites Gallery, did a painting at Steven Assael’s studio, and stopped by the Met when I’m just wandering around. I’m also a fan of stretching and although I don’t take any classes, I try to learn yoga from online photos etc… I would also like to get back to practicing piano and polishing up that Fantasie Impromptu.. So many fun things to do, so little time :D~~

The painting was done quickly so it could be composited in Nuke~ Had a super fun time on this… chuckling through the green screen part.

Dark Lord with dogs… two of my favorite subjects. This was super fun to paint and I had a lot of help throughout this piece from Mr. Mattelson and Chris McGrath~ Thank you!
I promised my brother there would be no more dogs;; oops

In class, we picked a noun and adjective from an envelope and I got “Hot Miner”. After discussing the sketch ideas, we went with this idea. It slowly evolved into a steampunk miner haha.
